In 2024, our client from the construction industry decided to expand into Asian markets, including Armenia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan. He turned to us with the task of acquiring valuable leads and establishing contacts with potential B2B partners and wholesalers interested in distributing his products.
The ads directed users to a dedicated landing page where they could fill out a contact form. Once submitted, a customer representative would contact them via email or phone within a few days to discuss the details of the collaboration.

Context
Acquiring leads for a client from the construction industry (Polish fence manufacturer).
Goals
Acquiring B2B partners and wholesalers in Asian countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan).
Budget and duration
- PLN 4,107.13 – total for all countries.
- The campaigns were conducted in 2024 and lasted 2 weeks per country.
Target groups
The target group of the campaign are construction stores and wholesalers selling fences. We focused on owners and managers who make purchasing decisions and on people responsible for supplies in large construction wholesalers. The campaign was aimed at companies operating on the B2B market, which are looking for suppliers of fences and other construction products, as well as solutions for further distribution of their products.
Results:
#1 Armenia

- cost per lead: 49.47 PLN
#2 Kazakhstan
- number of leads acquired: 32
- cost per lead: 37.15 PLN
#3 Kyrgyzstan
- number of leads acquired: 23
- cost per lead: 21.80 PLN
#4 Azerbaijan
- number of leads acquired: 34
- cost per lead: 27.56 PLN
In total, we managed to acquire 108 leads in Asian countries.

Advertising
As part of the campaign, we focused on a professional and consistent image of the ads that reflected the client's visual identification. Graphic creations included:
- Presentation of selected fence models – high-quality photos showing details and quality of products.
- Customer's logo and visual identification – brand consistency in visual communication.
- Clear and effective CTA – calls to action clearly indicating next steps.
- Personalized message – tailored messages for B2B recipients, encouraging cooperation.
Thanks to cooperation with the client's translator, all advertising materials were professionally translated into local languages, which increased the effectiveness of the message and the credibility of the brand in new markets.
We tested several versions of messages, to optimally reach your target group. The best converting CTAs are:
"Fill out the form and we will send you more information about our fences."
"Become a distributor of our fences."
"We know your business challenges and we know you are looking for a partner who understands your needs."
"Fill out the contact form and start cooperation that will bring you not only profits, but also satisfaction from partnership success."
Asian Markets Campaign Summary
- Low cost of lead acquisition – all countries achieved competitive results, indicating the potential for further expansion.
- Reaching at least one partner in each country – the campaign was a success as the first B2B cooperations were established in each of the analysed markets.
- The best potential – Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan showed the lowest lead acquisition costs, but Armenia with the highest CTR also shows high potential.
Decision on further action
Considering the effectiveness of the campaign and the low costs of acquiring partners, a decision was made to increasing budgets for these markets in the upcoming year 2025. Further campaign optimization will focus on testing new advertising formats and expanding remarketing activities to more effectively convert acquired leads into permanent cooperation.
Based on the results, it is worth considering further scaling budgets in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, as well as adjusting the advertising strategy in Armenia and Kyrgyzstan to increase campaign effectiveness.
