If you are wondering what our cooperation will look like when you send us an inquiry, you are in the right place. Years of cooperation with clients from various industries have allowed us to create a process that allows us to properly define the client's needs and then propose a solution.

Of course, the exact process varies for different services, it will look different if we run your brand's social media, and different if we build a website for it. The schedule below is the foundation of how we work.

First contact and conversation


As soon as we receive your inquiry and a quick exchange of emails shows that there is room for cooperation, we will invite you to jointly prepare a brief. The best way to do this is to call for about 45 minutes, during which we will talk about your brand. This is a key moment when we get to know your company in detail, which allows us to better adapt the marketing strategy to your challenges. If you have questions for us, we will also be happy to answer them at this stage.

Learning more


After conducting the brief, we will analyze it on our side, which often leads to additional questions. This is when we “drill down” the brief. Sometimes we need to call again for this purpose, and sometimes these are just simple, detailed questions that can be dealt with by email.

Cooperation proposal


Once we have a brief and a full understanding of the situation, we will prepare proposals for you. This is the stage where you make the decision to start working together. 

Getting started


When we get the green light for cooperation, we start to act. The first period, which lasts two or three weeks, consists of two things: 

  • On the one hand, we are finalizing the final details such as signing the contract and providing appropriate access or materials.
  • On the other hand, we are preparing a basic strategyę communication of your brand along with a proposal for the first posts. After its acceptance, we move on to permanent activities.

Working on your success


We maintain constant contact to ensure that every marketing decision is based on current needs and results.

  • Every two weeks we prepare a schedule of posts, and after its approval, we handle the publication.
  • Once a week we summarize the last 7 days and write about upcoming activities.
  • Every month we prepare a report on activities.
  • At the end of each quarter cooperation, we hold a meeting in which we summarize the work done so far and define goals for the coming months. 
  • At the end of each year cooperation, we prepare an annual report – on several slides we show what has been achieved (the greatest successes and results) and a proposal for actions for the future.
