Effective lead campaigns in the construction industry.

Challenge

 

The task was to conduct lead campaigns in the construction industry, with a limited budget and with a precisely selected target group. The key was to acquire valuable contacts at the lowest possible cost.

Solution

 

Due to limited resources, we focused on short, intensive campaigns so that the algorithm could optimize faster and reach potential customers more effectively. The ads were targeted at users aged 30-60, interested in construction topics, as well as people who had not contacted the brand in the last 60 days.

Advertising strategy:

 

  • Short, intense campaigns – activities were concentrated in short periods, which allowed for faster optimization and better budget utilization.
  • Clearly highlight key words in graphics – “Free quote”, “Expert consultation”, “Free quote and roof measurement” attracted attention and encouraged to act.
  • Construction related graphics – visualizations of houses with roofs dominated, which built credibility and aroused the interest of recipients.
  • Various variants of graphics and advertising content – we tested several versions of messages and creatives to find the best-performing formats.

Campaign Effects


Within three campaigns we managed to generate 36 leads with a total budget 5085.72 PLNThe average cost of acquiring a lead was 141 PLN.

Conclusions

 

Thanks to proper budget management and a precisely planned strategy, campaigns were quickly optimized, which allowed for effective lead generation. Shortening the duration of the campaign meant that the algorithm could more effectively match ads to recipients. Appropriate graphic creations and a message tailored to the target group also proved crucial.

This shows that even with a limited budget you can achieve satisfactory results if the campaign is well planned and optimized over time.
